| I am Mother HPS and founder of Sisters In Freya's Moon ~ Womyn's Path of Healing and a circle leader with Women Wisdom (Women’s Rites of Passage course). I have a strong background in Parapsychic Sciences and Women's Studies. I am also a Celtic Shaman Practitioner (FS), who has completed a three year apprenticeship with Tira Evans. I am a Reiki Teacher and Certified Hot Stone Therapy Practitioner and have a degree in Naturology from the American Institute of Holistic Theology . I hold diplomas and certificates in various Holistic Healing Arts,Counselling and Bodywork from Germany, Canada and USA, and I am a Parenting workshop facilitator. Born in Germany in 1962, I moved to Canada in 1990, and presently reside in British Columbia, Canada. |
| Starting out with our Reiki healing circle in 1996, the circle of Sisters In Freya's Moon came formally into being in 2002 with its four original members Freya,Acorn, Enia and AmberRaven. In 2004 our on-line school Womyn's Path Of Healing was formed. Our Mission Statement We believe that every religion and every spiritual path provides the seeker with divine guidance and we believe that we meet the Divine where we are in our journey. All religions and spiritual beliefs can give us an insight into the beauty and wonders of this world; the seen and the unseen. All paths bear the truth for the seeker and no path is above another. We also believe that, as individuals, we have the divine spark within and it is through this spark that we find our relationship with the divine as we understand it. This entails that every human being has the right and the privilege to find their own way of relating to the divine. We emphasize the Goddess and Her teachings because She has touched us and manifested Herself in our lives. We believe that She has made, and will continue to make, a difference in the lives of women who seek Her. The relationship to the feminine divine, the Goddess, Her manifestation within, can help women to become empowered again. And it is with the Goddess that balance and healing can be brought back into this world. Through the Sisterhood in the Goddess we ARE again. In focusing on female empowerment, it is necessary to limit the scope of the circle. Women need women-only spaces in order to heal and grow.
