"For my Mandala I showed the 13 moons and showed then waxing and
waning. In the outer corners I painted wavy lines to represent water as
the moon pulls on the tides and as an extension of this she pulls on our
wombs. In the center of the Mandala I painted representations of a
women’s womb. I also painted spirals throughout because I strongly
associate the Goddess with a spiral."
